The breakfast buffet features carefully selected fresh produce, such as homemade jams, freshly-picked fruit, espresso coffee, assorted regional cheeses and cured meats, cereals, yoghurt, honey, dates, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, juices, a range of teas and herbal teas, typical Mallorcan bread, crusty bread rolls, freshly-baked baguettes, the famous Mallorcan ensaimadas (pastries filled with sweet cream, dark chocolate, white chocolate, etc.)…
